My work vehicle has a GIS tracking system, does anyone know how to disable it so I can have some down time?

We have been told about all the tricks, but we need to know if there is a way to do it very discreetly and non evasive. Does aluminum foile over the unit actually work? BIG BROTHER is watching and we have made local headdlines about this nightmare, can someone offer some advice

Quit trying to cheat your work. If you want down time people normally take vacation or do it on the weekends. To me it sounds like your screwing your employer by not working when your suppose to. Get to WORK!

Why are you trying to cheat your employer? Your "down time" should take place in your own car during the time you’re not supposed to be working.

Advice? Do the job you are paid to do.
Disable? Park in an underground garage.
The "downtime" is also monitored. If you are in one area and then suddenly appear in another, it will raise suspicion no matter what you do.

Why not ask your employer how to do it ….it is their vehicle. What’s that…you dont want them to know about it??? Could it be that you are doing something you shouldn’t be? I bet the "local headlines" don’t say " Workers found doing an exceptional job..employer to reward them". Stop goofing off, do the job you -are being paid for and thank God you have a job. L–A–Z-Y–!!!

Yeah – do your job. One way or the other, I end up paying for you scamming on the job.

Aluminum foil will most likely stop the signal from getting through, but then the company will start wondering about how your truck seems to keep ending up with no signal. That’ll only last so long before you deservedly end up out on the street.
