Where would someone fit a concealed GPS tracking device on a car?
I’m getting a bit of unwanted attention. A few incidents have made me suspect that someone has fitted a GPS device on my car. Where would it be fitted?

If one is installed it has to have a view of the sky and access to battery power.
I am not understanding what you suspect… that somebody has secretly installed a GPS reporting device that is telling them where your car is? That would be tricky and expensive. How expensive? Get a quote from lo-jack and add about $500 for the difficulty of doing it secretly and you will be in the ballpark. That logically means they would have a particular and compelling reason to do that. If you are not involved in major criminal activities – wholesale drugs, gun running, money laundering – there is no reason to think that has happened.
My guess is some behavior pattern you are not aware of is getting you the attention, or the attention is a delusion. Either of those makes more sense.

If your car is locked then someone looking to that would only have access to the outside of the car. They would only be able to get something under your car or under the bumpers. You should try to get a look under your car. Get a piece of carboard (so you don’t get your clothes dirty) and lay it on the pavement and have a look under your car. Try to look for anything out of place, something that looks taped onto the car or maybe stuck with magnets. If you don’t know what to look for, maybe have a friend look under the car for you.
If someone can open your car, then they can place 1 under your dash, under a seat, or maybe take the back seat off and place it inside the seat and then put it back, or in your trunk under the lining.
It is possible for someone to do this. It may seem a little paranoid of you, but it’s worth checking into if you have this kind of weird feeling.
